Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Miamisburg store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Excellent Store

Excellent service, friendly professional environment. Employees who actually care to help you and answer questions. from cutting wood to recommending electrical switches, paints, etc. what you would expect from a home improvement center with big box options.

Very professional staff

I went to buy a Milwaukee m12 combo set and the staff made it extremely easy to do and once they found the tools I was looking for Audrey the cashier made the check out extremely smooth she was a very nice woman and very helpful

Frankie is the best!

The patience, care, and attention that Frankie showed me made my day. I had an online purchase that was defected. Came in Friday, was told to come back Saturday and take it to tool rental. I had to get a refund but it would only give me store credit and I wouldn't be able to buy the pressure washer because it was an online only item. Frankie did all that she could to make sure I was able to re-order the pressure washer for the same sale price that I purchased it at. Entire staff was very friendly.

Customer Service lacking

They don't honor online prices and are quite rude about it when they tell you. If you accept it and then ask to pay online and pick it up they shoo you off then talk crap about you to their coworkers (my wife went back through the line to buy something where she overheard them calling me a b&*^%). And while I was already irritated. I bottled it in and just took the product out of my cart, went to customer service and paid for it online.
