An amazing customer service experience, my best in 20 years of shopping at Home Depot.
This past week I decided to order some pavers on sale for pickup. I called the Pro-Desk and talked with Aisha, the associate at the desk. She answered my questions and helped me set up next day pickup.
I called back later, and she helped me change the pickup to same day.
When I received the pickup notification, I got a trailer and went to the front pickup area at the contractor entrance. An associate, in the front Contractor entrance asked what I was shopping for that day. When I said I was getting some pavers she asked if I was Mr. Summers. It was Aisha from the Pro-Desk! She said I could pull in under the loading cover. The entrance to one end of the loading area was blocked by traffic cones. I asked the other associate if the loading area was closed, and she said she would move the cones so I could pull in. She was very polite and moved some traffic cones so I could pull into the area.
Aisha came back out with two other workers, and they decided it would be better to load directly from behind the store. I pulled to the back and Angel, loaded the pallet of 1,000 pavers onto the trailer. Due to the trailer configuration and the size of the forklift Angel could not push the pallet onto the trailer far enough to balance the load.
Elizabeth, Jasmine, and Angel helped me break open the pallet wrapping and move about 250 pavers to the front of the trailer to balance the load. I considered that work to be well beyond what I expected from the loading crew.
All five associates were polite and helpful and exceeded my expectations.

A-1 Appliance Acquisition
Incentivized by the O% 24 month financing offer, we moved up the timeline on replacing our kitchen and laundry appliances in order to complete the renovation of the home we purchased in Norfolk last year.
Customer Care Associate Rin in the appliance department worked with us. Rin was professional, courteous, patient and thorough assisting us in putting the packages together. When we learned that the purchase needed to be split because there would be a delay in the delivery of our washer and dryer, Rin contacted finance to make sure we would receive the financing offer on the entire transaction. My wife and I are appreciative of the extra effort!
I had not accounted for the extra room the fancy dancy refrigerator doors were going to require…it didn’t fit. When Samsung refused to take it back, (even though I had already purchased the replacement) ((Thank you again, Rin)) Miss Debbie stepped in to solve the problem. Samsung did not get a good review for this deal, by the way.
Home Depot has been my go to vendor for more than 35 years. All the associates I have encountered at the #4615 location in the 757 have upheld the high standard I have come to expect over the decades!

Maria and Jeannie were amazing. They should be commended on a job well done. They were excellent!! Thank you both for all your help. If you want something done correctly see Maria in flooring department and Jeannie in the Kitchen department, they will take great care of you.

Military Circle, Home Depot that service is our neighborhood normally has most things that we need even though there’s a shortage of employees to service us. I think they do a wonderful job in dealing with us and our complaints and always willing to make it right. Thank you Home Depot for your service to our neighborhood.

I just got home from getting some wood I needed for a project I am getting ready to start. I was told I had to check out myself and if I could not it will take some time to get someone to me to help. Worse experience I have ever had so I will be shopping some plce else from now on, not Home Depot!
