If you receive a gift card, you can visit the Missoula Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Does The Home Depot Missoula offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Picking up your Curbside Order:

Terrible experience

Willing to take time out of my day to complete a survey and not want to get entered in the sweepstakes for $5,000 because I don't want to win and be forced to shop here. Even if it's free.

Helpful Customer Service Employees

I was helped in completing the military discount process at the store. I'd tried to do at home, but felt uncomfortable emailing in paper documentation. The process went smoothly and took only a few minutes to complete.

Excellent Customer Service

The appliance specialist was about to leave when I showed up, but she still took the time to check on me, and stayed late to assist me. I would not have known if she had snuck out, but she kindly went out of her way to help me.

Amazing Service

Tonight we had to go in last minute for lumber and their associate approached us and helped load everything! The customer service alone is why we shop Orange instead of blue. When is the last time someone offered their help without you seeking it? Tonight that happened for us even though they were close to closing. It was amazing!

Service is getting better

Curbside pickup during the pandemic was essential nonexistent at this store. The sympathy for seniors and assistance was very poor. However, after the pandemic, an employee taking back carts helped us load heavy items and another time I picked up an online order and the woman at the customer service area helped load the heavy raised beds. And, this time I visited the garden center twice and the checkout people were great.
