Staff really stood out.
Many times going into a big box hardware store you find it really can’t find anyone to help. Not this store. Employees went out of the way to help and make sure all was taken care of.

Great Service!
Please give Debbie R at Customer Service a raise!! She went well above and beyond to help me repair my staple gun with the incorrect staples I’d purchased and then jammed my gun with. She saved me the purchase of a new gun, declined my offer to donate the incorrect staples and instead refunded them, and showed me how to properly load my staple gun. She was patient, caring and helped me be able to finish my home project. Every employee I encountered was so helpful. Excellent service!

In a time when no one seems to take pride in their job, everyone we encountered at Home Depot went out of their way to help us and strike up a conversation. That goes a long way with us.

Great employees!
We purchased a specific tree as a memorial from the garden center. Lorin and Jane went above and beyond to help us. Such friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking ladies! We will definitely make this our first stop for all of our future garden purchases!

Large selection of doors; all prices. Expensive to pay for measurement; not fulfillrd
Found the doors I wanted, had to pay $40 for a measurement for standard size doors of 36 x 80. Measurement scheduled 2 weeks out and guy was a no call; no show. Guess I’ll need to return for a refund and start all over elsewhere.
