Helpful staff
Ive never done yard work, and bought a string trimmer and blower. Very happy with the product, bc the alternative was an expensive yard service and I have a tiny yard with not many plants. Sales person was super helpful - i mistakenly didn’t set my location well when i searched inventory, so they didn’t have what i wanted but he found me a good substitute.

Excellent In Store Experience
Nick in the compliance department is the man to talk to you if you are in need of any kitchen appliances or washer dryers. His knowledge is impressive and extensive. He managed to defuse a very angry customer (me) and turn me back into a loyal Home Depot client! Bravo!

I was in & out
Every associate I dealt with was super professional and very helpful! I have not visited this store in over 12 months and was very unfamiliar with the layout and how to find what I needed. Because of the associates being very familiar the layout & the products in store I was able to find all four things that I needed and move on to the next step in my process.

Possibly the best home depot in town
The North Austin location isn’t the one closest to my home but is often the one I end up shopping at due to its large selection and helpful staff.

Great customer service
The wooden beam I bought for my son't bunk bed, needed to be resized. Carlos went above and beyond to help me out and I am so grateful to him. Now my son's bed is back in order all because he took the time to listen to my needs and help me cut the wood down to size. Thank you CARLOS!

Excellent assistance from associates
Needed screwdriving drill bits and was immediately pointed to the right place and received helpful suggestions and options; was helped quickly and knowledgeably by two store associates. This is my neighborhood Home Depot and getting good service there makes a big difference in my ongoing projects.
