Enjoyable appliance shopping experience
Kirk Franke was very helpful. He made picking a dryer easy, efficient and we left happy with our shopping experience. The installers were helpful, quick and cleaned up.

Garden Area Plants
Plants are in very good shape and cannot wait to plant them. Also watch out for the lady in the garden area with gray hair and visor. She will get you wet when she is watering the plants !

Customer service
Emily was absolutely rude by rolling her eyes at my husband and I. I was not a happy camper, I did tell management about Emily and how she treated us at the customer service station. We bought over $ 1500 worth of garage organizers as well as tool organizers. And to be treated like that, I am appalled. I didn’t say anything to her at all, I was so mad inside. This is why I told management.

Helpful and knowledgeable employees make for a positive experience.
When it comes to Flooring it's a pretty complicated subject for the inexperienced; that would be me. I got superior service from a seasoned pro who knew her business top to bottom. Great experience!
