This happens much too often, but in the scurry of buying items, I pick up the first item on the shelf, and upon reaching home and opening the item, I realize the item is either used, damaged, missing parts, or in this case opened. These filters are consumables (this product is used for the consumption of water by humans); therefore, it should not be returned to the shelf after being opened and returned! Additionally, this particular store does not provide good customer service. The people who work here are merely collecting a paycheck and do understand the value of helping customers purchase the products they need to accomplish their goals. I asked one of the store representatives to assist me with retrieving a tool, which was a tool only and required additional accessories in order to be of any use. When I asked about the blade attachments, the representative merely said that they did not have anything in stock and walked off. Upon further inspection and searching in the tool isle, I discovered multiple attachments from a different brand and even a complete Dremel kit that included all necessary attachments for the job. When shopping at a place like Home Depot, which sells many specialized tools and technical products, I expect friendly, knowledgeable associates to help guide the buying the process especially if a tool, such as the Ryobi Oscillating Multi-tool that requires a battery that is not included and must be retrieved from a locked cage. The last point that I'd like to express is dissatisfaction with the number of products that are not organized on the shelves around the store. House keeping (inventory, shelving, product display, etc.) is rather poor at this location. I shop at various Home Depot stores in the region, and I have seen the much better kept stores. This store is probably the worst when it comes to product display on the shelves. Perhaps if the customer service were better, shoppers would feel the need to rummage through the products in an attempt to figure what it is they are looking for.

I bought a maytag dishwasher and it great I'm very happy with my purchase thanks to the manger and miss Ellis

This location is just ok but Desiree in windows/doors is awesome..she went above and beyond to help us with an appliance purchase even tho she doesn't even work in that department. She's great...the epitome of customer service ..without her help we would have went else where for our needs

Theresa was the cashier who helped us check out and was a very friendly, helpful employee.

Too often today, team members are more focused on their phones than helping the customer. Theresa saw I was having issues and quickly asked if she could help me. Pleasant interaction - refreshing! You need more Theresa's - thank her for me!

The employee who made the set of keys was friendly, helpful and professional. The Cashier was the same... and did her job with a sense of pride and grace.

Terrible experience at the store today. I waited at the paint counter 50 minutes. My wife and I are painting a room for a nursery and really needed the paint otherwise I would’ve left. I asked several employees for help and no one ever came. I asked for a manager and they also didn’t care to show up. If you want to wait forever and not be helped come here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and choose another location.
