Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Above and beyond

I came to the store to quickly get items for building shelves in my new place. After struggling to find what I needed on my own, a manager named Shannon offered amazing guidance. She went from showing me where store resources were to embracing my home projects and helping above and beyond standard employee support. By the end of my visit, what would have been a simple purchase for 4 shelving brackets turned into an all-I-needed trip to get the goods needed to build my son's birthday dream! I can't thank Shannon enough for her incredible efforts, and as promised I will share the finished projects which will have me returning to Home Depot for future hardware needs!

Only writing this because of Cheyenne at customer service

If there is anyone to meet in your lifetime it would be her! I don’t normally write reviews but she is a knowledgeable young woman who is excellent at her job. She was training an older gentleman and was patient with him while also providing great service and conversation with me. I hope she sticks around because I will be back to see her again!

Large assortment of power tools in this store.

Massive store, lots of items that you would hardly find at other stores. Kudos for Chayenne from Pickup station, she is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff!

I needed a product that a third-party publication identified as available at HD. The salesperson helped me look for it and then found a very similar product through the store's internal site, directing me to it. I very much appreciated his initiative and product knowledge.

Lawnmower purchase

No one answered the Cust needs assistance page to help me so I had to pull down the lawnmower carton and scoot it down the aisle towards the front until Evelyn ( store employee) came up to me and helped me check out and also load up my car. That’s horrible ignoring your customers; especially if you want them to come back again. Evelyn gets a gold star!
