Donald & Patrick in Lumber are OUTSTANDING!
Overall, really great store, but special commendations to Donald & Patrick in Lumber!, They went well above my expectations for customer service by actively listening to, working with, and actually helping my 9 yo son design a piece of lumber for his school boat project with a cut away for his battery pack. My son was thrilled, and he got a real world lesson in what true effort, patience, diligence and appreciation of a customer's needs actually looks like! Both Donald & Patrick should be recognized for their superior service and commitment as employees of Home Depot.

I Guess I am an Employee
The store is dusty and unorganized. The items were more expensive than the listed price. There was only 1 cashier out of all the registers. The computers were down so I ended up at self-checkout anyways. Will not return...

Rosali was great
Rosali did a superb job checking me out even tho I wanted to use 3 different payment methods, one of which didn't work. She never lost her cool, didn't get upset with me and persisted until the transaction was completed. 5 stars Rosali!
