OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
We bought our Christmas tree at Home Depot in Natick MA and they were so kind to attach the tree stand for us before we headed home to decorate. As two blind adults this was a wonderful treat for us. The customer service is impeccable.

Superior Service
I intended to make a large purchase utilizing a new credit card promotion. When I went to use it, the card declined. I made the purchase on another card. The next day I returned and three staff members worked to reverse and charge bill new credit card saving me hundreds of dollars. Well worth working or should I say partnering with The Home Depot.

Great customer service
I ordered a glass shower door set. When I received the set I found the glass panel and a plastic part were damaged. I contacted Michelle at customer service desk. She reorder the door panel and arranged the delivery. She is just great, very proactive and very nice!

1-800-Water Heater False Service
Home Depot uses 1-800 Water Heater to promote same day water heater replacement they don't, also they promote a set price for the entire water heater replacement except for the fee for the town permit, this also does not happen, I was charged more than what was quoted
