Home Remodeling
I bought the Thomasville kitchen cabinets from the New Castle Delaware store. Mrs. Goshia I forgot her last name was so professional. She was so knowledgeable about what I needed so she made it so easy for Shelia (wife) and myself. I’m in this store at least 3 to 4 days a week lately because I have done so much to my house 🏡 I remodel the kitchen. The floors came from this store! The kitchen cabinets came from this store! The countertops came from this store. The ceiling fan, the light over the garden window! The receptacles, I painted the master bedroom ceiling is white and the trim. The walls are Royal blue. The guest bedroom is painted platinum with white trim. All done with anger paint! All done from this store! All the associates assisted me and they know me. Angie is a great associate! So is Doris!

The best customer service
We went into the garden center at the New Castle Home Depot. We were warmly greeted. Sally was the main person in the garden center and was also the cashier. She was amazing, she answered everyone's questions and kept the checkout line moving. She was knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Thank you Sally for making our day.

Exemplary Employees
From the guy two guys in the paint department whose names I didn't get to Brianna in kitchen cabinets who knows a little about everything in appliances, to Gosia who went above and beyond and has the patience of a Saint, I think this is THE BEST Home Depot I have ever shopped in when it comes to staff. Only encountered one seemingly unhappy employee whose name I didn't get.
