A wonderful employee helped me find several thing from my list. He even put a couple of 2x4's on a cart for me. Check out was quick and easy. Loading up, well not great. No one to help me tie the 2x4's on my roof rack, I am 63 and short. Several coming/going on break walked by with no offer of help.

From the moment I walked into the new Milford, Ct store I knew it was doing to be a very good experience. I was greeted by a knowledgeable , polite greeter. He answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction to get my shopping done. On the way out he made sure I found all that I was looking for. Great experience. Highly recommend this Home Depot

Great customer service
I will say customer service used to be terrible at Home Depot. The past few times I’ve gone an employee named Jim H has been very helpful. He helped me find what I was looking for. When it wasn’t in stock showed me an alternative to buy. Customer service has gotten so much better at HD.

Gardening Center
Jim in the gardening center has a wealth of knowledge about Vegetable Gardening. He is really helpful and can answer a lot of questions and provide tips. He should give a class there in spring and late summer for gardeners. It would be an educational and valuable experience for veggie gardeners.

Extremely Helpful Employees!
I have always had a good experience at this store, because the employees are great. I and a beginner DIY-er, and sometimes need help choosing between alternatives sometimes, and I need to confirm that what I think I can do with the tool can actually be done.
