Great Service
I bought an appliance and couldn’t believe how smooth all went. Also received unexpected discount, the store rep gave me. I also appreciate the help I received from CS to end of appliance!purchase.
I also bought an item that caught my eye before I was to leave. There was a price question which was immediately resolved. Really a good store to shop for any needed items. Thank you. SN

Not helpful and misleading
I've had a string of bad experiences at Home Depot from placing large next day orders for delivery that are completely ignored by the store because they said they didn't see a delivery date in their system to getting 5 day carpet installation where only the measurement is scheduled 5 days out. I had no idea that carpet fiasco was scheduled that way and no communication was made that the 5 days wasn't from the date of starting the purchase. In both cases I had people scheduled and work planned around these dates that resulted in very costly rescheduling. In both cases I had to go to other home improvement stores that actually were competent. I'm not letting Home Depot burn me any more.
