Customer facing reps are useless
I was returning online order, the lady did not know how to look it up but gave a receipt saying it was declined and when i asked why she said read it. Dead wood has better use than employees like that. If you dont know something, own it and try to learn, not show the bad attitude.

Major appliance department
Norma is a wonderful human! And she’s great with customer service. I came into the store after my mom had already been in there but my mom had not yet made the purchase. I went back in store to make the purchase instead of just doing it online because Norma had made such an impact on my mom. Norma remembered my mom and my mom’s needs. It was great to know that Norma cares for the customer’s needs. I wish I could give her a huge hug and tip!

Good luck finding anything
If you are looking for specific items, good luck. Online may tell you it is in stock, but that is meaningless. Call ahead? They just check what online says.

Audacity to expect proper customer service
So when I was trying check out, one of the item was missing a price tag. The lady at the check out area, found the item in her handheld device but insisted that it was different price than what it was marked at the self. She told me that "I have to go back to that self, take a picture and then come back". I told her no - that is not my job. I told her either you do it or get someone to do it - she got upset at my 'audacity to expect proper customer service'...
