Plumbing Department
I called the store because online it showed limited stock in hand and wouldn’t let me checkout. The woman who answers was quick to say no - but I got her to transfer me to Plumbing anyway. After confirming what I wanted was actually in stock, the gentleman I connected with walked all over the store until he found a person willing to help. I am grateful that customer service thrives at THD. If you initially get an impatient “no” - try another associate!
