Always a good experience!
This Home Depot, located at "The Colonies" in N Upland always has plenty of staff on hand so I never have to go searching for an employee to help me. Any question I've ever asked them they always have an answer without having to page someone else. And with a "teamwork" attitude. So it feels like your reaching solutions together. Good customer service is somewhat rare these days. However, this place esteems a higher and most sincere quality of customer service. A positive flow if energy with an exceptional willingness patience and enthusiasm for us.....the customers

Cindy! Phenomenal Pro-Cashier!
Cindy the Pro Cashier is OUTSTANDING!! Cindy acknowledges us as soon as we walk through the contactors entrance. It seems as though Cindy is always working at Checkout 1. It's like she never takes a day off or a break.. Always at the front of the store between 6a and 2p when we're shopping. Cashier 2 is always a different person morning and afternoon.... Perfect Attendance applause for Cindy is necessary! Cindy is the most professional, patient, quick, efficient, and thorough cashier's that we've ever encountered! She never has trouble identifying nuts, washers, bolts, and other loose single items. Never has trouble removing security wraps on items. No trouble locating the correct upc for items. Other cashier's seem to always have a problem with the checkout process. Cindy has the ability to scan & account for every single item & entertain customers simultaneously, during each checkout! Cindy makes us laugh everytime, it's like free entertainment. Especially when we're having a rough day out in the field/at work! Cindy always thanks us for shopping at the store too! Cindy appreciates our lifelong business. Cindy is INCREDIBLE!!! We appreciate Pro-Cashier Cindy! (Maybe we can catch a photo with her to attach to our post on here for next time!) We live 25 minutes away from this store, but go out of our way to visit North Upland every chance we get! Clean, organized, and employs good people, like Cindy! Great Customer Service!
I enjoy this North Upland location because Cindy the Pro-Cashier and Steve from Electrical are customer service savvy! My husband is a General Contractor, and sometimes I get sent to decipher and gather material alone. They're patient, helpful, and always have great attitudes! Cindy the Pro-Cashier greets on arrival, this doesn't happen at most hardware stores! Steve from Electrical suggests and finds alternatives when items are out of stock! Steve shows interest in residential and commercial products and is quite knowledgeable when it comes to utilizing and locating certain items/tools/etc. Upon checkout Cindy acknowledges all customers in line, and can small talk about everything! Cindy enters Pro account information quick and efficiently, as well! I get a good laugh in (Thanks to Cindy) before I have to return to the jobsite! I look forward to shopping at the Home Depot in North Upland for the helping hand that I recieve from Cindy and Steve! Furthermore, I like how HD took my advice on locking items up. I noticed tools get walked to the front for checkout. I think it's in the best interests of the Customers, Employees, & Company. It'll keep second-hand consumer costs down! Provides a safer working and shopping environment! Good people like Cindy, Steve, and customers shouldn't be collateral damage to thievery (stealing should be intolerable). The employees that just hang around in the aisles should be held accountable to pay attention & work. This is why the employee should carry the item to the front of the store from lock box/cage idea works! Thievery is unacceptable, and good guys don't enable the bad guys!

Cashier Cindy
If it wasn’t for Cindy I would have rated this store very bad, it took almost 15 minutes to get an employee to cut 3 pieces of baseboard. I had a contractor waiting for me at home and I really needed to get this in a hurry. If it wasn’t for Cindy’s warm personality and helpfulness I would have absolutely rated the store badly. Cindy is your clutch employee, she covered for a bad store experience!
