So much for 90 day return policy

Purchased a SnowJoe log splitter 10/19/21, used for 2 hours before the steel guide on one side broke. Returned on 12/04/21 and was only OFFERED a store credit. Completely unacceptable that I can’t receive a REFUND on a defective product that was used for 2 hours. Registered the product for warranty purposes that didn’t expire until 2024 and all HOME DEPOT offered me was a store credit.

Bad Experience at the Paint Counter

We were in to buy paint this morning and after we had gone to the counter and given a paint color to the person working there, we opted to check out a more cost effective brand and asked her to wait just a moment. The associate actually laughed in a condescending tone. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I had to ask my partner if they had heard it too. I will think twice before going back in.

Bad service ordering Blinds and Install

The employees don't seem to know how to set up a measurement for blinds. I put down $50.00 for the measurment. My file was sent to a design team that does not do installs in Naples. I don't know what is going on with my deposti for the measurment. So frustrating.
