Do you carry tall Halloween decorations that talk?
Yes, we carry several kinds of Halloween decor that make sound and/or movement. Our Halloween animatronics bring eerie characters to life. Bring the scare level of a haunted house to your own home. For additional drama, use a fog machine or two to hide the animatronics until they start to move. You can become part of the scene by lurking in a Halloween costume and surprising unsuspecting trick-or-treaters.

Does anybody work there? And that includes the people hanging around collecting pay checks.
Went in today for a couple of of small items. Could NOT get anyone to help me. The cashier who checked me out never said a word to me (NOTHING) and was on her phone before I left the cash register.

Poor checkout experience in outside garden area.
The checkout person, Mya, carelessly handed back change, and a coin dropped to the ground. Instead of saying, 'sorry' and picking it up, she waited, then watched me struggle to pick it up, without saying a word. I was using a stick for support while walking and standing. She was probably 30 years or so younger than me. Time was 1:00 on 6-6-2023

Paul at the Northville location in Paint provided an uncomfortable experience
I closed on my first home. I came in to buy paint. I approached the paint counter and Paul, seemed annoyed and had a bad attitude. I told him I would like the paint color I wanted in 5 gallons. He then as annoyed he pointed to the variety of paint goes listed on the counter with no explanation. I had to ask the questions and of course he answer but huffed and puffed while answering. My dad, asked if he we could get ceiling paint two and half gallon, he rolled his eyes and said no we are out. So we had to ask a follow up what about 5, he responds it’s in the aisle. So my dad and I went to the aisle ourselves to look for it. He then proceeds to get it himself with out telling so, now we are aimlessly looking for he paint only to realized he retrieved it. Once the paint was ready he agin annoyingly looked at us and waived us over, and pointed to the paint. Didn’t say, your paint was ready or anything polite. So then my dad had to ask him can we see the sample, he again, aggressively grabs the paint can gets a sample of paint out splash it on the top. The drys it with the dryer, but no eye contact again rolling his eyes as if this was an inconvenience to him. Says nothing when he is done. But proceeds to talk to his coworker. Doesn’t say anything to us afterwards at all. My dad says to me after did he have an attitude I told him yeah it seemed like. Not sure why, because talking to his coworker and other customers he seemed fine. So of course being a person of color I can’t help but to think, negative/uncomfortable feelings. But checking out was great Jenny, was very pleasant and helpful. I will return, but if I see Paul I will most likely avoid him. Or just get the store leader.

                    was a great store
For as long as this store has been open I've been going here for all my home improvement needs. Most people are friendly and willing to help. Since they have redesigned the checkout process I am mostly disappointed. Now, they have reduced the number of checkout terminals accepting cash to one terminal. Very disappointing. Getting in line is a big enough challenge with no clear place to stand, and then if you want to pay cash, you have to wait for another cashier. Just dysfunctional.
