Great service by everyone at my local Home Depot
I had a couple of items that I needed to obtain quickly. Two young ladies from the service department went back to find the items in receiving and in no time came forward with the items.

Quality Employees and It Shows! ✨
I stopped by this location to rent a 26' ladder for a light installation project. I had the pleasure of working with Dee in Tool Rental. Dee was so pleasant and knowledgeable! I really enjoyed our interaction and personally left feeling so much better than when I came in... I also shopped around the store and was approached by nearly every employee that passed by asking if I need any assistance. I often shop at Home Depot locations across the country and this is by far one of the BEST locations in terms of customer service, product availability, and access to reliable tool rentals. My mother now has a BEAUTIFUL crystal chandelier, thanks in part to Dee and Home Depot!

They honored a $80 discount from a Competitor.
Bought a Porter Cable Nailer combo kit at store 3634 honored the $80 difference between stock and the competitor's pricing. Took some insistence on my part even with a printed copy of their "Power of Lower Prices Guaranteed" policy concerning price matching, but in a few minutes, the store Manager processed the -$80 from the asking price. Nice people working at 3634.
