Lazy Customer Service
I went to exchange two out of four chairs with a receipt and the associate wanted me to go home and return all of the chairs before she would exchange two of the exact same chairs.

Best customer service
Andrew is an outstanding worker at Home Depot. He has a strong work ethic and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. I recently had the pleasure of working with him and was impressed by his knowledge and expertise. He took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with valuable advice that helped me make an informed decision. His friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Andrew's exceptional service didn't stop there. He continued to follow up with me to ensure that everything was working as it should and that I was happy with my purchase. No one helped
I purchased an item that needed to be taken off a high shelf. Helpful cashiers paged the department I was in 3 different times and after about 35+ mins of waiting, I just requested a refund and purchased the item at another hardware store.

Great Customer Service
I usually don't come to this location. I Live in Hayward CA, however I was in the Oakland area and wanted to stop by. I was looking for some tools to redo my backyard. I came across Deon who was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! He was so kind and patient with me. I didn't know what I was actually looking for but he was able to help me lay out a plan on what I needed to get when I told him what I was working on. I will be stopping by this location because of Deon's great customers service! Thank you again

Great Customer Service
Considering the location of the store is not in the best area, that does not effect the wonderful first rate service you get at this store. I had amazing interactions with the employees I encountered and the store had everything I needed. I will recommend this store and will shop here whenever I need home improvement products. Clean, well stocked and helpful staff, what more could you as for? A++++

Poor customer service
The cashier at the first register on the right, was busy with her phone and I said excuse me, how much is the Diet Coke? She said the sign's right there. I said the sign is for Orangeade. She said well I don't know. About $6 bucks. I didn't ask her anymore questions because I knew she was mad that I had the nerve to interrupt her while she was on her phone. She wasn't the only employee who was on their phone. Everyone quiet quitting.
