Friendly and knowledgeable staff
If you need a tool and need help understanding the correct one or best one for your project, Mark is a fantastic help and he cares that you get the right product. Other staff are always friendly and helpful. I always know that I will receive good service here. I had an exceptional experience here recently with great help from several staff so figured it was time to share a review. Also thanks to Michelle and Tara for great customer service.

My first stop for lumber and tools
I find this store has more of lumber and tools than many retailers. Mike has helped me before with tools, he knows what they have. They maintain a good stock of tools. Especially with carpentry tools, many stores just don't seem to understand what guys need to get their job done.

Great employees!
I went in to buy a gift certificate for a friend , and was greeted by a lovely greeter at the door, then helped by every employee as I walked around, all with smiles. Made my day!

Extremely poor service
I spent $4k on a front door and the whole experience was horrible. Employees with attitudes, not being called when it finally arrived, damaged in transit and an awful repair job. 2 very long visits to get a refund.
