Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may secure your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check availability of the kits.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

If you're a recipient, you can visit the Ontario Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Does The Home Depot Ontario offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's typically located near the front of the store.

I have remodeled my whole house in the past 2 years. All of my materials came from Home Depot. Every time I have been in this store everyone is so nice!!

Yes I have been remodeling my house for the past two years and I would say all the materials that I bought and rentals that I’ve gotten to redo hardwood floors the tile that I bought there were two bathrooms steps into my kitchen and I am ordering tile for my kitchen counters I’ve done most of the work myself and I’ve also ordered wallpaper from you and it was lovely just absolutely gorgeous very happy with all the products. Thank you!!

You’re more than a customer here

The last two times I’ve been in the store, there were two different people that made the trip worthwhile. The type of greeting and care that made your day after a really tough day. It’s rare to go somewhere and get treated and treated so well.

Great store and staff other than cashier!

Self checkout cashier was extremely unhelpful and rude and wanted me to waste my gas to go home and make a change to my account then return to the store to receive my discount rather than applying at the time of my purchase.
