Great experience, Veterans parking

The first thing I noticed was the veterans parking spaces and from there it was a great shopping experience, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you , Michelle, Mike, and Amanda!

Great customer service!

I went to our Home Depot store in Owensboro today on a beautiful morning of packed customers. My husband had me on the phone looking for a new mailbox post and light bulbs. Associate Aiden helped me find what was needed and I checked out. Upon leaving I realized I had lost my cell phone. Aiden again came to me seeing I needed some help. He attempted on his phone to help me locate it and helped me to the front to customer service. I was slowly panicking on the inside but he kept talking to me to remain calm. We get to the front and there is my phone at the front registers! Today, Aiden made my day! I will always shop at the Home Depot for my home needs. In a day of lost customer service, it is still there and in their associates!
