EXCEPTIONAL TEAM!
The staff that was there at night was absolutely wonderful!!!! They were so helpful and kind, just seemed like they enjoyed working there and wanted to help! I find Home Depot to be overwhelming as a female shopper but Chesa, Russel, Judy and Noel made all of the difference!!! I had such a great experience I made sure to write down each of their names!

This store was a good store, under the current manager it has gotten worse ! Dirty store, out of stock items, too much stuff in aisles, Bathroom is a disaster ! Employees standing around talking, not doing anything ! I haven't been in this store at night for a long time, Need Management at night !

My shopping experience went from awful to great
Unfortunately my fist contact with a store associate was with Barry he was rude and profiled me which made me feel disrespected and very uncomfortable. I am a union electrician and Barry profiled me just because I’m young and Hispanic. I wanted to purchase a M12 drill kit with a phone sale so he held on to it which I understand, however, I also wanted to purchase a few bits and attachments separately. That’s when Barry said he needed to watch me pay to make sure I was not stealing anything. As we walked towards the pro services area I told him he was rude and inconsiderate. Once we got to the pro area Barry told Kimmie Jackson “take care of him first you need to get this guy THE F@$K out of here asap”. Kimmie couldn’t believe it and told him to watch his language and come down. She then proceeded to take care of me and made sure I felt welcomed and appreciate it. Thank God for Kimmie Jackson, she is the only reason why I would come back to this Home Depot. She was super friendly and kind. She deserves a raise!!! Kimmie turned my shopping experience from awful to awesome.
