Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check availability.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Gift cards to The Home Depot are an excellent present during the holiday season or for any reason. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to give and to receive. They can be purchased at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you receive a gift card, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Redeem our gift cards in-store or use them to shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Palm Springs offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.

Palm Springs is great!

From the moment I entered, I was greeted enthusiastically and welcomed. All the staff were extremely helpful. Customer Service (especially Angel) took extra time to make sure I was happy with my transactions and also fixed an issue I had with an order I placed online. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Customer Service

We were looking for patio umbrellas and Crystal was walking by and took the time to stop to see if we had any questions. She answered our questions and even offered to help load the box onto our cart. She was so nice and fun to talk to. The store is lucky to have her!

5 stars for customer service

I ordered appliances and did not realize that one of the items didn’t belong, I was able to come into the store the day after it was able to get the entire package returned, and the new items order, I’ve ordered before for Home Depot in the same state of California however, it was in South County, California. The experience that I’ve had since living here which has been a month are over the top, customer service people really in my eyesight care. That makes all the difference for me. Thank you staff team keep doing what you do because you’re awesome, I’m sure I’ll see you around the store again.
