Return of broken merchandise Accomplished with ease!
Erica and Cassidie at the customer service/pickup/return desk handled our confusing situation with the utmost grace and friendliness. They made our visit way better than usual. They deserve recognition for sure.

Waited over 1 hour
Waited over 1 hour for a tool to be unlocked. Asked 6 different employees all said they would get someone else. Went to register they made an announcement. Still no one. One employee said everyone who could unlock it was was sitting in the break room doing nothing and went to get them and they said I would have to wait 5 more minutes for someone to unlock. Then that employee was able to get the other employee that kept walking by us without helping to unlock it.

Don’t bother to order ahead for lumber
We ordered lumber for pick up 24 hrs ahead of time for pu.
When we arrived, they hadn’t even begun to pull the lumber.
Then the employees just left it at the front and left us to load the whole order ourselves.
Ridiculous customer service!
Don’t bother going unless you can pull and load everything yourself!

Paris Home Depot is the BEST!
I bought a locking wet nozzle. I had loaned mine to someone and never got it back.
I went to the Paris Home Depot and was in and out in 5 minutes.

Poor Customer Service
Cashier Pamela is RUDE!! She addressed my husband as a ma’am. While checking us out she was having a conversation with the customer and cashier next to us, AND walked off after completing our transaction leaving us to grab our receipt ourselves .

Outstanding store with exceptional customer service!
Every time I visit this store everyone is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them and very appreciative of their customer service!! The store manager i believe his name is Mr Brent went above and beyond along with several of his staff and we appreciate that more than y’all know!
