Friendly and Excellent quality
Last week I had a wiring problem that needed solved. An associate gave me some suggestions. We got more than needed since I was assured I could return any unneeded items. I did that today and it was a pleasant experience.

Awesome People Person
Looking for flooring-be sure to ask Tina for help. She is not afraid to go above and beyond to assist customers in finding the best covering for their floors. She was hardworking and diligent in her search and very enthusiastic about our final choice.

I have shopped at numerous Home Depots around the US. And this one is one of my favorite because of the quality of customer service provided. Knowledgeable and helpful associates helped me locate everything I needed reducing my shopping time. I really appreciate that.

Customer Service
Like every other Big Box Store, you have employees that do everything they can to avoid you, but occasionally you find that one person who goes above and beyond to provide you with help.
After two or three employees did their very best to make themselves scarce, along came Pete, at the Patton Township/State College Home Depot. Pete is a man who provides a level of customer service rarely seen in these self-help stores. I found him in the Electrical Department...he's worth his weight in gold. Sadly I can't give high praise for the store because of the other employees who did their very best to avoid me.

Incompetent Manager
Unfortunately it’s not just your supply chain, it’s your Incompetent manager “Joni” specifically in your State College Pa Store. Additionally, when you have incompetent vendors that continue to ship the same product wrong 3 times in a row, I would think you would terminate that vendor, we do. Finally, to keep a customers money wether tens of thousands of dollars as in this case for over 6 months is unacceptable. You do have two staff member Parker and Lisa that tried to help but unfortunately as the manager above got involved it continued to spiral downward.
