Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Pensacola West store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check availability.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Lack of help throughout the store

It is a bad look for the store when you have to search the store to find someone to help you. And when you do get some one to help, they are very limited in the area of expertise needed. That is a problem in all of your stores in Pensacola. Customer service help is very much needed and important and deficiency in that area is not very good for business.

Like most home Depot stores I've been in it is very clean. Generally, well stocked and always filled with employees trying to help.

Poorly laid out

Very old, and poorly laid out store. Not easy to find stuff, even staff told us that. Several aisles where stocking with the big machines they use, blocking many aisles in a row,requiring walking several aisles over just to get back to where emwe wanted. Should be done at night. Only 1 self check out working, and only 1 cashier on a busy Saturday morning. Took forever to pay and people in line were very angry, rightly so.
