Great Customer Service
I was shopping for window blinds for my windows. The employee was very helpful and provided me with valuable explanations on the types of blinds that were available to select from. She also mentioned they have contractors that would come out and measure my windows prior to me purchasing the blinds.

This place has helpful and knowledgeable OLDER employees that are ready to answer your questions. Not disinterested 19 to 23 year-olds on their phone. It is clean, organized, and have the products you want on the shelves!

Exceptional Service from Jerome in Pro Service
I placed an order long distance over the phone and had to have help with it. When I called to check on the order I spoke with Jerome in the Pro Service department. He gave me exceptional customer service each time I called. It was the best customer service I’ve received at any Home Depot.

Very helpful employees.
The lumber manager and Chris were so helpful helping me figure out what I needed for pantry shelves. Chris was really patient and spent a lot of time cutting out my shelves in the lumbar dept. He helped me solve my shelving problem and I have exactly what I needed now.

Treat bad while I was returning but Philip save the nigth
I live near to this home Depot so I go there really often I never return things but recently remodeled my bathroom and I had to order a few head showers online since the store doesn't have a big selection, when I went to return the first young girl treat me like I was doing something wrong just because I was taking long to find the information on my phone to be honest that is not the way to treat your customers, Luckily Philip was there to save the night, he ended it helping me and having the patience of waiting for me to find all the e-receipts.
