Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Kids Workshops are free in-store events that take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Gift cards to The Home Depot are an excellent present during the holiday season or for any reason. DIYers know they're fun to give and to receive. They can be purchased online at homedepot.com or in our brick-and-mortar stores. If you receive a gift card, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Use our gift cards to shop online or redeem them in-store, all with no additional fees.

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

check outs

All the self check outs were open, no one was at any of the registers or helping at the self check outs . Had to walk to pro desk to make my purchase. Would have been real easy to just walk out and not pay

Excellent help at the customer service desk.

Returned a cheap gas grill that unfortunately did not work. Customer service employee was very helpful in the return and recommended a grill model I might want to check out. He than helped look up a price on a display and then checked me out and helped me load the grill. Courteous, professional and helpful.

WOW! CAN'T BEAT HOME DEPOT!

A friend and I went to 3 stores to shop for annual plants. Home Depot had the best quality, quantity and prices. I haven't seen customer service like that for years! I was looking for 1 particular plant. I asked Ivan. He finished working with a customer and took me where the plants were - in the back..as he said, I would never have found them. He took a couple flats off the top of a rack for me to make the selection. He then found transport containers. My friend then bought some as well as someone who saw what we had. When paying for our purchases, Anne, the cashier, was very pleasant and asked if I was interested in saving $25 by acquiring a credit card. Of curse I was! She was very pleasant and did what she needed to do to start and complete that process. I tell everyone I see to go to HOME DEPOT!

Propane Tank Exchange

Christopher the cashier assisted me in the propane check out process. He even helped me load 2 very heavy propane tanks into my car and seat belted them in! He was very kind and considerate and went above and beyond his cashier duties to help me. THANK YOU CHRISTOPHER!
