almost closing time
I unfortunately have a project that I was working on late and got to home Depot about 9:30 30 minutes before they closed has some issues trying to find product and the staff was still very genuine and helpful even though I was there late and they only had 30 minutes before they got to go home

Wonderful Experience
The HDX Yellow and Black Storage Tubs are simply the best. There is no other product on the market that even comes close. My experience today was made even more pleasant as I was assisted in the self-checkout by Angie who was truly wonderful.

Great customer service, generally easy to find things
Had a great experience with the customer service desk who was very friendly and helpful fixing an error with an online order. In the past, items indicated as in stock generally are in fact in the store, and in the location indicated by the website.

Getting old receipts for work
Was able to go into this store to a friendly customer service worker and was able to look up not only 12 old receipts but where from a different state

Horrible service
Employee told us that cutting baseboards to the desired length was self-service and pointed out a rolling table that had wheels that wouldn’t lock with a tape measure and a dull hand saw. Needless to say, that was a disaster. Never going back! (Note: employee was walking through the store eating chips when we asked for help.)
