Home Decorators Cabinets
What customers should understand is that just because these cabinets are sometimes special order they are still the same low quality garbage. The least Home Depot end Home Decorators collection could do is use 1/4 inch thin plywood instead of flexible luan or half-inch sheet rock instead of particleboard that’s decorated with some type of finish coating which gives the cabinets your choice of color. That is more suitable than the particleboard they use with staples. The particleboard breaks apart as usual, and we had to attach it back to the luan with screws because the staples weren’t even in the particleboard they were sticking out the sides. these are brand new cabinets!

Excellent Shopping Experience
It's tough these days in retail and some hard working caring workers get overlooked. Today was a pleasure with Nicole (Manager) and Angela R in the Poughkeepsie Store. It was not going in the right direction but they quickly stepped in to make sure it did in fact go in the right direction!

Exceptional customer service
One of the customer service reps by the name of Rose exercised a high level of patience as I battled with the WiFi to connect so I can scan my bar code to get the military discount. She was very understanding and helpful and I believe this should not go unnoticed.

VERY FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF
Have not been in a store in a long time where every staff member was attentive, friendly , pleasant and helpful . The staff all seemed to be enjoying their work at Home Depot and made customers feel welcome.

Employees in RED SHIRTS ARE POINTLESS
Came in to there for for assistance in putting an Air conditioner in cart and the RED shirt wearing employees were rude , unattractive and very unprofessional.
