Store is an island- not connected to Home Depot
this store does not have access to Home Depot items / Info Nation wide. They do not honor or recognize items purchased outside of this store. On an individual basis, employees are not empowered to make obvious adjustments without a supervisor, and manager must approve all simple exchanges. Store is clean and well organized. Most employees are friendly.

Finally found the one worker who actually knows something
Walked through the whole store a few weeks ago annd was ignored until a worker named Rich approached me and finally answered my questions and helped me figure out my project. Very knowledgeable, Only one in store who had any clue what I was talking about, came back today a couple weeks later and he remembered me and helped me again. Need more workers like him here. Only reason I gave 5 stars
