Are Kids Workshops offered at the Puyallup Home Depot?

Yes, the Puyallup store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Great customer service!

My transaction was a bit difficult due to I tried to order online and applied for a Home Depot credit card to be able to save $50.00 on the electric fireplace I wanted. I got approved and received a $500.00 limit. The fireplace was over that amount so I went to the store and ordered rather than order online. Randi was amazingly helpful, answered all my questions and never once was impatient!

They listen and respond!

I suggested several times that pallets be removed from the loading area and that trees blocking the corner traffic view be cut down. Both suggestions were heard and heeded!

Needing to register for military discount

I tried to get a military discount but was told I had to register on a website and get a QR code. I sheet of paper and directions were given. Why would I need to do this? At other home improvement stores all I have to do is show my military ID.

Excellent Customer Service

Not knowing anything about plumbing, I needed to get items to connect some sinks installed. Bob at the store went above and beyond by looking at the photos I had taken and helped me get the items needed, explaining what goes where and how to connect the plumbing.
