Customer service is horrendous at this Home Depot
I’m a very small contractor working in the area of Home Depot and this would be the nearest store to me. I work overnights and went into this particular store several times on the electrical aisle and there are two gentlemen that are completely not helpful with anything. On top of that I came in close to closing hours to pick up a power tool and when I get to the job site, the tool was more than used it seemed like someone demolished a house with it and the house fell on the drill! No I know what people will say that I should’ve open the box at the store but you have certain confidence in a big store like Home Depot to check everything before it is restocked. I took this photographs right after I got to the job site and this is what I received.

BOB In Paints
Because of "BOB" in Paints. I have been shopping this store for years and have to write you today regarding an employee by the name on BOB in Paints ( Wears a Cowboy Hat). This Gentleman is a Tremendous asset to The Home Depot. I have been shopping with THD since the beginning in the 80's. There are few employees like BOB around that Knows how to Get the Job Done, and offer's advise that is Spot On. Cherish this man as this type of employee is what makes THD stand above all else.

Worst experience buying propane
Waited 40 minutes for someone to unlock the propane tanks after I paid for it. I was stuck waiting. The cashier pages people multiple times and called a supervisor who never showed up. Ill never go back to this store

I was on a mission to locate an attractive Kohler, small bathroom vanity. I was delighted to find it at the Raceway Home Depot in Westbury! It's beautiful and I can't wait to have it installed.

Flooring associate sells washer and dryer to satisfied customers.
We had the best experience at the corporate drive location with Rita from the flooring dept.
She noticed us in the appliance dept. and asked if we needed help. Rita informed us of the sale that was going on during our visit, We only went to look that day to price the items.
Rita went on to sell us a new washer and dryer and made the sale painless and us happy.

Best among competitors
I’m getting used to Home Depot having products I need when no one else does. Great to know there’s still a company who has a willing professional staff who can keep the store and to stock the shelves so getting what I need doesn’t take forever or waste my time.
