What is the difference between convection and true convection ovens?
A regular convection oven has traditional elements such as baking and broiling and a fan that circulates the hot air for consistent temperature and even heating. The primary difference between convection and true convection lies in the extra heating element placed behind the fan of a true convection model. The additional heating element blows hot air for an even more uniform temperature. Within Wall Ovens, there are 64 convection models available. Check out our most reviewed product, the 30 in.
