This store is my favorite!! Always friendly and helpful service AND better prepared for COVID-19 than any other store!! Always go here for any of my project needs and highly recommend anyone else to do the same!!

Worst store in cobb

My locate HOME Depot is really helping customers during this Covid 19,

We love this particular Home Depot. It is always neat and clean. Each and every associate at this store seem so eager to help and have great knowledge of products .

I want to personally Thank Mike D for his tremendous help with an on the spot order that I needed. It was a large wood splitting job I needed, which he could have easily told me they could only cut 3 large panel boards in half, but he went past that and cut each down to the sizes I needed, which helped me immensely.

I love this HD store! They are always so helpful and friendly.

Sale associate in plumbing (Tom) was great, I told him what I needed and he took me right to the product I was looking for, he then explained to me how to put it together. Thanks Tom.

Never have good instocks, holes everywhere, can’t find assistance anymore, gone downhill over last couple years. Used to be the best store in the area by far. Need new management.

The store is real convenient and close to the house and then the associates a real friendly

Considering the stress I was under from having discovered my washer had died with a full load of clothes inside, this was a good visit with an available salesman. However, the choice of merchandise was small compared to online. Then I have to wait over a week for delivery, yet I would not shop elsewhere.

It's so nice to go to a store and immediately find employees there to help -especially in a home improvement store! The employee, Fritz, was so helpful, professional and friendly. He showed me three different options for something I was looking for and then offered his advice. So willing to help -- epitome of great customer service!

If you are purchasing large merchandise, i.e., bales of pine straw, and require assistance loading, try another store that offers service consistently.

Would like to see friendlier associates.. always frowning.. not very customer service oriented.

Enjoyable experiences with employees and other customers in the store. All seem to be in good moods to be excellent experiences all the way around.

Associate ISAIAH, went over and above expectations to assist me! Very caring and Helpful employee!

I'll keep it short. Except for 1 employee that I will not name, I like every person working at this store. And I can't think of a time that I've left the store upset or let down. All around great store to shop at!

Shoutout to Joseph, Frances and above all Fritz. All of Who, in my past 2 visits, took the time out to listen to what I was looking for, patiently took me down all the aisles I needed and made themselves available right ‘till the time I got in line to pay! Thank you so much for these AWESOME people. They are the reason why, though I don’t make frequent trips to home improvement stores, I ALWAYS choose this Acworth store. Please give them a shoutout from me!

This store has great customer service! The associates are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to shop at.

Excellent customer service.

Product returns with no receipts will be refunded for "...the lowest advertised price". Upon enquiry, the product was being sold for the same price when I had purchased it. I got told that there was a sale at some point in between at which point was sold at a discounted 32% and as such could only refund me that discounted price ... and I was told the sale was a week prior to my enquiry. What a load of bollocks... Honesty and integrity was somewhat lacking in this case.

I cannot recommend a business that doesn't have a Pro Desk open on weekends; especially after being told by a representative on the website chat feature to go to the Home Depot Pro Desk to receive assistance with making a purchase. The employees informed me that to their knowledge this is the only store that doesn't have personnel working at the Pro Desk on weekends; which are the only days many of us have the time to shop. The only positive aspect were the customer service representatives at the store who tried to do what the Pro Desk employees weren't there to do.

This is the place you want to go for any home project or even a fun project for the kids!! Clean, well lit and many product in stock. I love the team of associates at this store.
