Very pleasant shopping experience...
Employees greeted upon entering, gave us directions and even called help to meet us in the area we were going before we even asked. At checkout Pat was friendly and helpful. She was very attentive making sure we knew she was there for us if we needed help.

Great customer service
Timmy was so awesome helping our family pick out our refrigerator and taking time to help us with our order she was so nice and patient with us when we would have to take breaks cause our toddler , she went above and beyond to make sure order got in when the system was messing up we appreciate her time ! Anjelica is the sweetest
I walked into the Home Depot store a bit nervous being a woman and not knowing where anything was, Anjelica could tell I was a bit distressed and frazzled and jumped to my side. Assisting me for almost a full half hour to find all the bits and pieces we needed.

Military Month disappointment
Seriously, why have an announcement saying we love our veterans and it’s Military May etc and then give someone a hard time about their ID card? Your employees act like it’s coming out of their personal pocket. Besides, not much of a discount, when only limited items are available for discounts. Seriously, it’s no better than regular shopping. Also cashier was quick to not let me select ‘email’ as my option.

My mother and I were lost in the paint department and Fransico came up to my mother and I and assisted with no hesitation and the best attitude jokes and all! He was definitely the highlight of my shopping experience! You deserve a 3 dollar raise and so much more !!!

I won't shop there again
I am so angry, I'm laughing. No registers were open today and it took THREE employees to figure out how to lookup my table saw and charge me at the self checkout. One guy repeated said it was a circular saw. So sad.

20 years loyal customer-Terrible Shopping Experience
I’ve been a customer of Home Depot for over 20 years, this has been the worst experience shopping at the sunset rd location. Employees talking bad about each other to customers, customer service desk continue to put customer on hold because they’re not wanting to transfer me to the manager on duty. I could hear them picking up the phone and putting me on hold at least 7 times. I wanted to inform the manager on duty of my shopping experience so he/she can better train their employees. I understand good help is hard to find but if you devote your time to add values to your employees they’ll give you 110% because they know you care. I hope Home Depot on sunset rd better their customer service experience.

Bad service
Tried to buy an air nailer and box of nails, $329.00. No one, I mean no one, I even went to the service desk and Pro services. But no one in the store could unlock the magnetic security cord. Ended up waiting 15 more minutes for a refund

Very helpful associate
I was getting ready to pay at the register, when Aidan approached me to assist. I was so glad he helped me and he was so friendly. Aidan just went out of his way! It made it easier and faster to pay for my items. Of course, when you have friendly, professional folks like him, you want to come back and shop at Home Depot! He's a keeper! Thank you Aidan.

Customer service and knowledge
I consider the sunset location my second home. I've helped customers and employees while im at the home depot. One time a customer rushed into the store and she forgot to shut her door to the vehicle. I was parked next to her. As I entered the home depot I saw her and approached to let her know I shut her door to her vehicle. She was very thankful knowing that people still care. And that theft is wrong...I'm thankful to bring positive vibes throughout the store by being aware of my surroundings and successful business that home depot carries with customers and individual contractors like me.

Disappointed
Sent a contractor out to measure for fireplace doors. Then no follow up call only a notice of refund for the measurements. Google stats HD installs fireplace doors. Should be taken off internet referrals.

Because every time I go there the employees are so professional and friendly! I went yesterday and 2 employees went above and beyond to help, I'm a 100% disabled American veteran and they were so helpful with that!
I would like to personally thank and commend Lydia and Pat, Lydia helped me others times when I rented a mini excavator and skid steer! She again went above and beyond!
It is people like her and Pat that make me go back!
Please go out of your way to recognize!

efficient experience
I knew exactly what I wanted and the representative promptly secured my order.
I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Considering that time is money.....efficiency at the checkout counter matters!
