Excellent selection of products in the trailer section.

The associate in the tile department was great and very accommodating, which made the shopping experience for tile and installation very tolerable.

Just helpful period didn’t take long for them to notice I needed help and also offered to show us how to track our product and found out you can basically buy a tiny home from Home Depot haha sweeet

My husband and I recently purchased a home in Alamogordo New Mexico. We had some issues with plumbing, electric and AC. We were completely impressed with the quality of service that we received from the helpful staff at H D! Felt like we were family!

I never fail to be satisfied with my visits to your store. I live around an hour and a half away, and other than a small lumber yard, and a County Mercantile in my county, your store is where I go to get lumber, lawn and garden items, and I recently purchased a washing machine there!!! You are my #1 Go-To Store for home building and supplies...not just because of the quality of your products, but also due to the wonderful Customer Service your employees provide. THANK YOU!

I will only shop at Home Depot. As a disable veteran I have always been treated with respect and have never had any problems with military discount. Just show my card and that's it. That is completely different at the other home improvement store..... I recommend the place to all vets

It's great going into a store where employees are smiling and helpful. I will forever do my hardware or plumbing shopping at Home Depot. It's always clean organized and bathrooms also.

We went to buy wood for a project we are doing at home and the entire staff in the lumber department were so rude! I have been a store manager in retail for 11 years and NEVER would I have my employees treat customers the way that your Alamogordo location treated my husband and myself! One of your employees closed a gate on me while I was standing there and told us “we needed to hurry they have work to do and you’re preventing it.” My husband asked numerous times and different employees for assistance and not one single one helped just told us to “keep looking” also we got boxed in and my husband tried moving a cart and another employee came and yelled at my husband and stated “you need to just go around and not touch my work station!” Your entire staff is so rude and incredibly inconsiderate of their customers safety and needs! We will never shop here again!

The store was neat and clean. All your employees are always friendly every time I go to visit the store here in Alamogordo New Mexico. Also, the employees are always very helpful when I need to find something that I'm looking for. I would recommend this store to anyone who's looking to do Home Improvement.

Thank you to the manager for always making sure we are taking care of. Also thanks to the lady in the plumbing area. I came in with a sprinkler system control had about 15 different pieces. She took the time to help me rebuild it!!!! Now that’s great customer service!!!!

I live in Las Cruces, NM and conduct a considerable amount business in Alamogordo, NM. The Home Depot store #3516 is my first choice to purchase products while performing work in Alamogordo. I would like to thank the employees at The Home Depot who are professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Some of you I know and others recognize me and greet me when I enter the store. This makes me feel very welcomed and assured that my needs will be taken cared for. I would recommend you over your competition any day.

I found the people at Home Depot go out of their way to help you. It isn't easy finding some items when they all have similar packaging and there must be hundreds of choices of all the brands. If the itmes in each store was only packaged in bigger print this might be helpful to find. For instance, how many different light bulbs do you thing there is? Hundreds. Try finding a 3 way light bulb, not only do they make very few of these now, the packaging all looks the same. Thanks to the poeple like Joe P. and Nicole that know how and where these items are in these monsterous stores.

I am a DIY handyman and I visit The Home Depot several times a week. I n all of my years and hundreds of visits I have never had an experience like I had last Saturday in Alamogordo New Mexico. Two of the employees there (Josh L and Adam M) treated me with respect and kindness while being extremely helpful. They both worked with me to ensure I had everything I needed. Their level of professionalism astounded me. As an employer myself I know how important it is to hire and retain top notch talent. These two exemplify a positive customer experience. WELL DONE!

The most welcoming and warm Home Depot store yet!!! Associates are very sweet and nice. They are always greeting you and really caring about helping you get what you need for your projects. These associates don't just point you in the direction, they walk with you and get you what you need or get someone else to help you. They are AWESOME!!!!! Carlos in flooring is EXCEPTIONAL! Anthony and Xavier are INCREDIBLE! Just stir away form Assistant Manager Jacob and you'll be good.

I can’t say enough about how good my experience was at the Alamogordo Home Depot. Roni was absolutely fabulous to work with and Nicole helped me resolve an unexpected credit card issue within minutes. Great place to shop....we will be back...again and again.
