I can’t say enough about how good my experience was at the Alamogordo Home Depot. Roni was absolutely fabulous to work with and Nicole helped me resolve an unexpected credit card issue within minutes. Great place to shop....we will be back...again and again.

I shop here because this store has the friendliest folks around! Even when the product I'm looking for is not carried, they know where I can get it-that's real customer service; that's why I return! Thank your staff here for actually serving their customers in a locality that tends to 'lower the bar' on service!

This store has happy, helpful employees that know where everything is located and are knowledgable.

My husband and I wanted to make sure that everyone knows to go see ANTHONY if you are going to be doing any painting! We have just purchased a home that we are going to paint the entire interior of. We had NO clue where to start and Anthony was the biggest help! He talked to us about undertones, sheens, Room lighting, best painting tools, wall texture, and anything in between. He helped us find the color we wanted and answered our massive list of questions! We couldn’t have done it without him!! He is the best!!! Thanks Anthony!!!!

Went in to buy some plants for my garden but didn’t the right ones. Candace the garden cashier was very helpful, she also advised me about growing some flowers from seeds. Candace gave me some great advise and check me really fast. You guys have some hard working people at that store.

The lady that helped us this evening was very nice. Her name was Nicole. Also, I love the garden department. I spend LOTS of money there every spring! I especially love the succulents you bring in.

Facility is clean and staff is courteous and available to assist.

If you havent been to the Home Depot recently, I suggest you go for your home improvement needs. The store was well organized and the employees seemed thrilled to help. Super friendly staff, clean and helpful.

I accidentally entered that I would not go back to the store and I wasn't able to go back and correct it.

My visit to the busy paint counter today prompted my writing my first store review. The paint counter was lined with customers but Xavier, the young man manning the paint counter today was courteous, helpful & respectful. Even with all the customers waiting at the busy counter, he took the time to make eye contact and acknowledge each customer while he was working, to assure all customers that he would help them ASAP. What a good employee!

frustrating experience with customer service ordering very expensive custom blinds, then all blackout shades were too narrow so there were lights gaps on both sides. The brackets are top mounted so the side brackets should make contact with the walls, but they don't.

I was at the Home Depot on Saturday 6-1-19 and was shopping in the Garden Department. I found everything that I was looking for and the cashier that checked me out was named Stephanie. She was very pleasant to me and the two customers ahead of me. Thank you for being so nice to the customers. You made my day!

I'm heartbroken to say I wouldn't recommend this Home Depot because most of the people were great and I'm sure if you need something simple you can walk out the door with, you will be fine. I however, made (and have since been refunded) a $4000.00 dollar purchase on a shed I absolutely fell in love with, only to have been consistently LIED to about the reasons I was being put off in receiving said Shed to the point I could no longer stomach being treated like an idiot (guess my man should have dealt with the boys instead of little ole 5'2" female me) & got a refund. For my trouble?? I get to begin this process ALL OVER again with a more reputable sales person.

went to store with online problem, customer service associate was very helpful made call to solve problem . but hand are tied for online problem home depot need to repair online shopping This is the second an associate could not do anything with an online problem.

These folks will go out of their way to help and show you where items are and if out of stock they will get it ordered ASAP..I dont need to go anywhere else, i live in the mtns and have lots of Home improvement needs..

I have used the Alamogordo Home Depot for nearly twenty years , all of my maintenance and upkeep needs are dealt with by knowledgeable staff and agents , either from the tool rental dept. to the on floor employees .

Alamogordo store is the BEST in the US!!! It is clean and well organized. The staff are top-notch. The manager and assistant manager are great! BEST Home Depot store ever!!!!! every staff member helps you, is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. LOVE THIS STORE!!!!!

Excellent, If all your employees react to customers as Jaime does, nobody will be able to keep up with you. I was taken right to the product that I was looking for, the store is well maintained and the associates go above and beyond.

This is the BEST Home Depot store in the US! It is well organized and the staff are always available to assist. The managers, Shannon and Danny are awesome! You can tell the store is well run from the top down. All staff are professional and friendly. They know exactly where everything is located in the store which saves us, the customer, precious time! We are building a home in Alamogordo and have already been to the Home Depot there a number of times. From our current home some 1400 miles away from Alamogordo, the staff at our local Home Depot were able to make contact with Emily in Millwork at the Alamogordo store to help us order two Andersen patio doors and to take advantage of an Andersen discount and in-store 24 month finance program. All of the details of the order, the mfr discount and region pricing saved us $1500 over msrp. It was GREAT. Home Depot IS our "Go to" home building materials store. Thank you Emily.
