All home depot stores are different, as is any chain store, solely because of the people inside. I have found that Washington Ave and East Greenbush have the best in the area and its evident by just looking at the inside of the store. Central ave is always a mess and I've had some bad experiences with rude employees in Schenectady. Washington Ave is almost always neat and clean with the aisles passable and safe. Kudos to the managers and employees for a job well done.

Great garden section, with good selection!

Our trip was very quick, just to buy mulch. My mother only remembered half of the brand name, so on her way in, an associate, named Kevin, approached her and helped her with everything. As she went in to checkout, he started getting the mulch ready. He loaded our car for us and was extremely helpful. Just an overall friendly, efficient employee. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful experience.

I have lived in the area for 23 years and this is my store. I've watched the store improve greatly over the years it is clean organized and you can get help when you need it. That has not always been the case going back several years but they have their act together now. I am a do-it-yourselfer and frequent that store quite a bit. Great job!

Symphony was really nice and when i came in she helped me out with what i came to get.

The experience I had was very fulfilling. I went there picked out my carpet. Made the deal & was out of there in 40minutes. The lady in the carpet area was very helpful.

the store was very clean and full of associates to help me locate the items i was looking for in a timely manner.... other stores i have gone to i just dont seem to see that many associates out on the floor... i just love this home depot...so easy for me to get what i need with every visit to home depot !!!

Jim from doors and windows was excellent!!! He spent over 2 hours total on 2 different days helping us pick out exterior doors. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I would recommend this store, as the associates are knowledgeable and help you from the beginning to the end. Both employees Hazim and Rebecca made my visit one that i will repeat. I've been to many Home Depots and I have to say that this one is my favorite. Its clean and organized well also, which is a plus in my book!

Clearly I will be shopping at there compitition due to the rude nater of there staff at the self checkout line. There selection is also poor regarding products I need to complet my home-improvement projects.

This store’s greatest quality is its employees: they are helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable.

If you need advice or products relating to your painting project - this Home Depot is the place to go. I have been assisted by Frank and Hank on several occasions and they have been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly each visit. It is clear to me that customer service is their number one priority. The selection of products is superb. Apparently the philosophy of this store is "Customer Service" and both Frank and Hank speak of the camaraderie of the employees and their "team approach". Cudos to Home Depot and their employees - A great place to shop.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

When there are floor people they stand in groups of 2, 3 or more, acting like they are bothered by a customer seeking help . They obviously don't check their stock or clean up the shelves. Product is all over and not in the correct shelves. DAMAGED product is just tossed on the nearest shelf or the floor. I will try lowes after years of remodeling, repairing with HD.

Very happy with help I recieved finding the specific oak threshold I was looking for, and matched paint that brought sample in of perfectly.

Employees, especially the cashiers, are great: they are friendly, efficient, cheerful and knowledgeable. Generally, the store is clean and well stocked. It is in an excellent location, easy to get to and exit, plenty of parking, carts, etc.

The store associates were very helpful and very friendly. The store was neat and clean. The sales person who sold us the item was very nice and professional. I truly enjoyed my visit to The Home Depot that day. I highly recommend the store to everyone.
