The service desk was extremely helpful when buying a hot water heater.

The associate in the paint department provided prompt assistance selecting the proper type and amount of paint to purchase to complete our home project. I noticed he was also helpful with other customers at the paint counter as well. He was truly genuine in wanting to help people. It wasn't just a job for him. The associates at the checkout counters were also very accommodating. They assisted in using the self service checkout. They went above and beyond customer service and should be recognized and complimented for this. You can't put a price on customer service especially in a technological world we live in today. Customer service is everything! Thank you for making my shopping experience a positive one!

Looked up availability of the item I wanted online before I went to the store. The aisle and bay were listed on the website, and when I got to the store I went straight to the right spot and found what I was looking for. No wasted time wandering around the store or trying to find help!

I had been searching all over the area for a simple product; a garbage disposal cleaner. Home Depot has the product. In fact, they have two versions. Home Depot came through again. The prices are great and I am thrilled. No more stinky sink!

Drove from Saratoga Springs because item I wanted was out of stock. Went to HD.com and found items I wanted in Albany.

I went to the self serve checkout to be self served, not to be hounded by an associate to pply for a home depot card

I entered the store & attempted to get a store assoc attention, they proceeded to continue retreating to the Cust Service area, perhaps they did not hear me but I doubt that with my voice level rising in order to gain their attention. I proceeded to move on to find someone on the floor but it seemed that the employees were more interested in whatever they were already doing than to pay attention to my needs. I finally found a person in the paint area that, although he did not know, thought enough to ask another employee & that person knew where it was. The most exasperating part came at the checkout where a hello would have been nice but instead, after paying the bill - No ID requested with the use of a credit card, was to have the items just shoved towards me so I could reach into their area, take a bag & bag the items myself! The store experience here was 180Deg out from dealing with the location local to where I live near Catskill.

Late on a Saturday night, The Hardware Dept. not only helped me find what I needed, but took the time to make sure I could install the motor I purchased into the fan I already owned. He never rushed, he solved some problems, fixed a few things, and was extremely nice the whole time. Thanks for all of your help. The fan works great!

Great place if you need something for your home. It's an all in one store for your home. Sort of like a depot. Very veteran friendly.

patient, service at the paint department even though there was a line of customers to be serviced. Made everyone feel valued. When checking out, cashiers also extremely helpful, and by opening an account was able to save additional money.

We had an appointment to meet with a kitchen designer , Mary Anne, and got some great ideas and lots of time to answer our questions and concerns. We left feeling excited about our plans, and very appreciative that our designer will research possibilities to match our cabinets and tie in our proposed changes to our current design.

I needed to find a specific light bulb to fit a new desk lamp I purchased. There are tons of different kinds of light bulbs. The associate who helped me knew exactly what I needed and even though the specific bulb was out of stock, she directed me to another one that fulfilled the requirements for my lamp.
