Store is always clean, they have what I need. Always someone to help. I only gave it a 4 star rating because they went to self checkout and I hate it when a store takes away from their employees. I only like to handle their merchandise once when I'm in a hurry.

Two employees helped me to find an unusual item.

We bought new tool boxes for our business and we absolutely love them the Milwaukee ones are so durable and save us alot of room in our work truck.. The staff is friendly and you can always find someone to help you..

Larry and Michelle in the lawn and garden center are so friendly and helpful with any of my purchases when I shop at Home Depot … they always go over and beyond the call of duty for their customers

Haven't had one problem with any of the associates and would give five stars had it not been for not being able to find associates at times. But it remiains the only hbig box home improvement store I'll go to.

Was sent to an isle that doesn't exist. Joke was on me I guess

Donald was rude and very lazy. Could care less about customer service. Definitely needs more training or should find another job...

Nobody, comes close to other hardwares with associates ready to help and answer questions.

Joshua Ridenour was very helpful and knowledgeable about the kitchen counters we were looking for. He took his time and answered all questions. It was a very good experience.

We went to order cabinets and countertop for our new kitchen and Josh Ridenour was wondering helping us out to make sure we knew what we all needed and told us all of our options. Josh has great customer service. He answered all of our questions.

I buy most of my supplies at Home Depot and I am very satisfied.

Employees take the time to HELP YOU. I have redone my kitchen and batb with support from this store. There is nothing to compare in the area with price, selection, or service. Excellent choice for just about anything.

They always help out customers in a timely manner, very friendly and always making sure that anyone needing help got taken care of in a timely manner and if anyone had a problem they called the manager and the manager took care of the situation very friendly

I had a good shopping experience looking for something that i needed and the employess at checkout were very helpful checking out and loading the large item on my truck.

I used to shop at the blue place, but I'm completely team orange now! The last couple times I've needed a little help, the people at the other place talked to me like I was an idiot, making me leave and drive to Home Depot. Each time, HD has been more than helpful and gone above and beyond. I might be a woman, but I'm not stupid and they do not treat me like that. The fact of the matter is that I know more than most men! I can literally build you a real motor or pretty much everything in a house, but on occasion need help to brainstorm something or make sure the part is right, and HD always makes sure I do. Friendly staff, clean store that has actual lighting so I can see, comparable pricing.

I love Home Depot for all my household needs. They are well-stocked, clean, and helpful unlike the other home store in the area. Highly recommend!

I had to ask employees for assistance even though employees have seen me they did not offer assistance did not ask if I was finding anything okay seemed frustrated when I had to ask them however the ones that I did ask knew where the items were

This home depot always seems to have what I need I purchased an upright freezer recently and couldn't find one anywhere. Went to home depot and had one within a week.

Was looking for some modern lighting fixtures and did I ever find some great ones. On to the closet organizing section and the packaging was easily understood as to what was enclosed and how to layout that accessory. Check out is closer to contractor stations so presented a longer walk from the store sections used. Created more of an issue for my wife with mobility issues. Clerk was rather curt, but that didn't set off any alarm bells.

I went to Home Depot looking for tie down straps and a employee directed me to the location and I was able to purchase products that I could not find at other stores

Purchaced LED canopy lights, the price was great and lights are easy to install and very bright.

I have been buying at this Home Depot ever since they opened their doors. Service is always the best and never ever had a bad experience at this store. Their prices are good or better than other stores that sells the same products.

Was at the Altoona store today to buy an air conditioner and we thought we found one until we started to read more about on the box and realized that it didn't have a energy save button. Rachel was so helpful she told us we would find what we were looking for online and sure enough we did. We ordered our air conditioner tonight. Rachel we want you to know we found the one we wanted online thanks to you!!! Thank you for your help Rachel and for being so understanding when we decided not to buy the air conditioner we took to your checkout.
