This is always great. Employees are always very helpful and in a great mood they are always going to show you where everything is and they are very informative

I interacted with 4 Home Depot employees during my visit today, and they were all so friendly, cheerful, and helpful. We also regularly go to this location for the kids workshops, and we’ve had great experiences af those, too. Keep it up!

This was the best shoping experience ever

Easy to find whatever I come to this location for, from gardening & lawn supplies to items for home repairs or decorating (e.g. ceiling fans, lamps, shelves, light fixtures, etc.)

When I was trying to get some of my building materials delivered, I wanted to add some supplies to an existing delivery so I wouldn’t have to pay to delivery fees. When I first called the store, a female employee answered and said she couldn’t help me and said to do it on homedepot.com and hung up very abruptly. Luckily@ homedepot.com. They suggested I press 1 pound to talk to a manager And the manager was able to help me discount a delivery fee so I would only have to pay one delivery fee for my supplies. I really appreciate the managers efforts to help me. I could tell he was trying to make sure I got the best deal for the materials I was getting , but I think the employees could be a little more educated on policies from buying materials from homedepot.com.

I come to this location a lot for projects around my house. The most recent time I went Dakota helped me rent a carpet cleaner and he was truly a great employee. He helped me get not only the equipment but also the right kind of cleaner. Dakota is the exact kind of employee I’d like to have at my business

This Home Depot is staffed by friends. They are helpful, kind, knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. Go there with a smile and expect it to be greeted and appreciated.

Britney was nice, and they were good at there job. Handled my issues quickly and professionally.

The American Fork Home Depot has the best employees. They are smart and can help you with understanding how best to do your project and what tools work best, even if it costs less than the one I thought I needed. Super friendly and fun just to browse around. There is another big store right across the street that sells similar stuff, but you're on your own with little help or knowledgeable employees.

I had to return some items and didn't have to wait to get the transaction taken care of, plus the customer service agent asked about my project and complimented me on my work!

I returned some items that I did not need in my home repairs, which were purchased at Home Depot. My visit was hassle free.

I used to be amazed, in awe of what a Home Depot store had under one roof. That luster is lost knowing we can get anything, anywhere, anytime... So it is upto the management and their wisely chosen associates to draw us in. This store has just that, in electrical I found an associate that was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and extremely courteous. However the front end of this store, where our money is spent or not spent, I found associates that obviously hated me, maybe cause I'm bald? Probably did not hate me, but most certainly wanted to be done. Get his money, and get him out.... Oh except the blah blah blah hey don't you want to save 25 dollars by applying for our in house financial suction card... So sad, I miss the Home depot that wanted to see projects come to life, or hear the funny stories of failure... Adding to this sour feeling, try utilizing the pro desk... I might not be a titan in business but I am a contractor... My last three visits to this store, couldn't even get them to look up from their computer. So I don't sound only negative, I repeat, very valuable associate in electrical, I wish I had his name. Well done to him and the many like him, hope for the best for the rest.

Britney and Katy were wonderful solving an issue to acquire a grill.

I came for paint samples, I know nothing about paint and was just running an errand for my wife. Trevor (working in the paint area) was super cool and helped me with getting a mixed color from a Lowe’s paint sample. Made everything super easy, and then Britney was very swift and kind and fun to talk to during my checkout ☺️

Jacob and Dylan helped me load insulation and they were nice about it

Every staff member i encountered was very friendly and helpful.

I almost always run into helpful employees at this location. Today was no different. This Home Depot location does a great job with its customer service, even for someone like me that just comes in for home improvement projects and isn’t a big spender like a general contractor, etc.

At previous Home Depot’s I’ve always had a tough time finding someone to help me. I’m not handy but do enjoy learning trick and ideas to improve my home. At American Fork Home Depot, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and every aisle I went through had someone there willing to help me! My cabinet guy Randall Lott was extremely helpful! We needed purchasing the cabinets and countertops weve been shopping for for awhile. He helped us through the process and was so patient! He even stayed passed his shift to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase!! At the end even in the checkout line they were there thanking us and making sure we were ok! We will Shop no where else!!! Thank you AF Home Depot!

Good prices and excellent customer service. A product was stolen from my cart after checkout they veiled their cameras and replace the item. Many situations like this and now will only go to Home Depot. I have spent thousands of & at this store
