Bring your own help to load

I generally like this store but today I am not happy about the outcome. I grabbed what I thought was oak plywood since that is what the sign said. The birch was located on the stack above the oak. I had the associate cut the wood. It all went smoothly until I got home and looked at my receipt where it said I bought birch and not oak. It is a hassle to just haul wood in a minivan once so I wasn't going to do it again. I will just deal with the sub-optimal wood for my project. Be wary of the wood that is in the location of what you need. It may be the wrong item.

Michael and Bryan in appliances were extremely helpful and very courteous! They helped me get the refrigerator, range, and microwave I wanted! Best employees ever!

I like to go to American Fork Home Depot. I always find what I need. The workers are helpful and friendly.

They are helpful and aware without being pushy. The restrooms are always clean and the popcorn is great for all!

Today I used the Home Depot App before going into the store. By doing this I knew exactly where I needed to go to find my items. I was in the store for 10 minutes and I was asked 3 times if I needed help finding something. Everyone I talked to was very happy and helpful. Thanks for being on the ball Home Depot!

I'm a widow & especially like to purchase my softener salt there as they will help me load it up! The garden center appeals to me alot in the spring time. It was great a little over a year ago when my husband's health was declining as my son & I purchased grab rails, etc. for him to put in our bathroom so my husband could hang on better.

As usual it was not easy to find the help we needed while looking for the items we came for, but we did eventually find someone and got almost everything we needed. The cashier Michelle was very helpful as was the young man who helped us load the hot water heater into our van.

The American Fork, Utah Home Depot Store provides a "Shopping Experience" for customers. Excellent product availability, knowledgeable staff who ensures great customer service. A clean store with clean restrooms...seasonal decor is tastefully displayed.

The store has all you need and great employees, Bill in appliances is amazing!

Since moving from another state, I have made a dozen or more trips to this store and gotten good help each time though sometimes after a few minutes of waiting/searching for the right answer person. They have been very friendly and generally knowledgeable (especially those with a little more real world experience.)

Shop this location! The employees are very courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and kind! They still understand "Customer Service!"

I give it 3 stars because the wifi connectivity is poor. There are few employees there and I wish to get in, get my stuff, and get out. It takes 3x as much time to find what I'm looking for than to purchase the item and leave. Improved wifi would help me locate the item online and find its location without having to track down an employee that seems to be running away from customers.

Store is generally clean and well stocked. Isles are clogged with to many displays. And quality of products seems to be constantly falling. Staff is usually very helpful if you can find someone.
