This store and I am sure every Home Depot location has a great selection of merchandise and they stand by a warranty on their merchandise.

had no problem in getting help finding what I needed

Had awful customer service. The cashier was rude and annoyed she had to wait on us. She mumbled our total as she looked away. I haven't had service this bad in years.

I just took a survey for Home Depot and didn't realize I answered the question "would you shop at this store again?" As a NO answer however, I most definitely WOULD shop there again.

I like going to the, I buy most of my stuff here unless I'm in a hurry. then I have a local Valu Home Ctr.

Excellent service, John (Pro Service Dept) went above and beyond to take care of me and get what I needed. Truly a customer care person!! I went to several other stores and fence companies and none were able to help me. I understand now that none of the other stores were willing to take the time. John took the time to search the web, made some phone calls until he found what I was looking for. Although it took some time he was persistent and did not give up. Every impressed with the service I received!

IF you are going to shop at home depot, go to this store! It has the nicest people in the area working hear, other home depot stores, not so much. So if you want to get a good and correct answer and great customer service, come to this store!

The Amherst store is very clean and well stocked , they could use a few more floor helpers but usually pretty easy to find assistance.

When I came into the store , there was a greeter . The aisles were neat , clean , and the products on the shelves were faced (all stock pulled to the front for a full, neat appearance). I used the self-checkout , but there were employees around in case I had a problem. They were all friendly . Great visit.

Needed to purchase appliances. Had already visited two competitors and was not happy with the level of customer service I received at either store. My experience was much better at Home Depot - sales associate was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I purchased my new appliances from Home Depot because of this.

Found what I needed quickly, got friendly staff assistance to locate the 2nd door I needed and load my cart, another shopper even offered to help me load my truck with the new doors. Great staff, great managers. Well done 1233!

Store always very clean and employees always kind and respectful. But you need more motorized cart.

Your employees are always pleasant and helpful. And I never have to search for help like some other locales. Esp. Thankyou to the gentleman who helped me save $25 on a doorbell by opening a charge. I hope this isn't rude or hurtful but it was the gentleman with the strawberry mark. I can't remember his name. But he said he's worked there for 9 years and he has assisted both my husband and myself multiple times over those 9yrs and has always been wonderfully helpful and very nice. People don't realize what an impact a little kindness and respect can be to someone. Just that short impersonal interaction can actually help improve someone's day. I thank him.

I experienced a frustrating mistake while ordering windows that was in no way Home Depot's fault, but was the mistake of the manufacturer. Home Depot employees effectively became my advocate, working with me to ultimately resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction.

Great experience shopping at The Home Depot in Amherst. Store associate, Amy, is a great asset to this store. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She offered great suggestions and was very knowledgeable. She helped to make our visit a very pleasant one. We were able to purchase everything we were looking for ( we are remodeling our bathroom) and overall were very pleased with all the options we had to choose from. The young man that helped load everything into our vehicle was also very pleasant and helpful. All in all, a great experience from entering to exiting.

I was very impressed with the customer service of sales associate Alexandra. She went out of her way to figure out the name of the product I was looking for (I forgot it), and then to locate it, first within your store, and then in another Home Depot. This is the kind of customer service that people are looking for. It is easy to overlook errors or products not being in stock when you have an employee that is really trying to help you, with a smile! Thank you! And to help keep my basement from flooding!
