My favorite local Home Depot. Very informative and fun each visit.

I did some online research before going to the store and that made it really easy to get exactly what I needed and be able to talk to associates using the right terminology. It was nice to sound like I knew what I was doing. The associates were friendly and quick and didn't pass me off to other associates. The associates sent to assist me were the right people to answer the question or get me to the products I was looking for. I love shopping in the hardware store and my Home Depot experience makes me want to go again.

Front aisle was cluttered with too much stuff, hard to get around with other shoppers.

Found the store to be clean organized very easy to find the product I was looking for just didn't get the saw that I had so returning the item was very easy.

needs more crew on the floor.i always come here but this time i'm not satisfied at all.i needed help but can't find any associates.i walked every aisle trying to get some help but i failed.where were they?did they all go on break at the same time?and when i was walking out the door i saw someone talking to somebody inside their car, boyfriend or husband maybe?stolen time of work?because she has her home depot apron on.

The store is organized well and although I've come home to realize some products are less than satisfactory (the specific company's fault, not Home Depot), I will say Home Depot has what I need 100% of the time so far.

Original purchase was quick and easy. Fridge was damaged during delivery, so a fix was promised. 3 months later, I had to make an ultimatum that if the doors were not replaced that I'd have to ask for a refund. Manager agreed to replace the entire fridge since a repair was not possible and the lack of initiative from Home Depot's management was the reason. The manager that I worked with was very professional compared to the previous managers that handled my case. He directed me to an associate in the appliance area that was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have to say that those two, and the contract delivery guys (some awesome Samoan guys) are the only reason that I'd be willing to buy another appliance from this Home Depot. If not for the pleasant experience at the end of this 3 month ordeal, I'd have written this Home Depot off as a go-to for anything.

I was able to locate the products I needed, quickly. The prices were good.

As a woman I hate going to get parts for the home. I came into the store and went to the service desk and asked for help. The associate, Kordel knew exactly where the items on my list were. He gave me other options to help with the many projects that we were doing. He was pleasant, personable, and well knowable about what I was talking about. He also suggested other things to assist me with the projects. One thing I noticed as we walked to where the products were was that he picked up any paper or trash that had fallen on the floors. A neat and tidy person. Pleasant and soft spoken. Smiling and made this one of the best ever visit to Home Depot. I am sure he will become management. He has the makeup. :) Brinda

Our Associate went above and beyond to be helpful in the purchase of a refrigerator.

I was looking at products via their mobile App, and it was easy to use, and the products I searched for, I filtered for in store, and it told me what aisle and availability of each item. Which in this case was correct and definitely saved me time wandering through Home Depot. I recommend using the app in conjunction before going to the store and while shopping, especially if its busy and the associate's are hard to find or already helping other customers.

the same bag of grass seeds was $10 more expensive at Lowes same with the grass spreader and the leaf blower and the weed wacker and they had a giant sign that said they'd beat anybody handwritten right when you walked in

Replacement hinges for newly installed Home Depot cabinets not stocked and unable to order and ship new ones to Alaska off Internet, requiring a return trip back to local store for ordering.

Walk into the store and they had what I needed and was out in minutes.

The store was clean and products were accessible and the employees are great.
