Can not turn the corner in that store without being offered assistance

So not friendly associates, customer service or management. Customer service that was supposed to be helping me she kept saying this is going to be a long night, and kept huffing and buffing all the time.

The employees are very helpful. The store is always clean.

Have been going here for years and will be a forever shopper. store is generally neat and clean, employees are friendly. My only complaint is that help is often short. They need more employees

I always enjoy my shopping experience at my neighborhood Home Depot. Everyone is always helpful, the store is clean and the waiting line is never long because they have enough cashiers on the job. Kudos to everyone at Home Depot.

Chris, the gardening department manager, went above and beyond to help me plan the supplies I needed, and was very helpful to get our order ready for us. When he asked me to bring pictures of the finished product, that told me he really cared about what I was doing. This is my Home Depot. And I don't shop at any other place.

If you have any issues when shopping there, go to the Customer Service Desk! They will work til they solve your problem. On another note, I have shopped at this store for years & the employees have always been helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The store is clean & well cared for. I would highly recommend it - even over other Home Depot Stores!

I am an old lady and it is so difficult to go to large warehouses or stores for several items when you do not know where items are located. Arthritis makes walking long distances difficult. The employees at Home Depot in Antioch Tennessee answered my questions, took me directly to what I needed several times. They explained what was available and this trip did not wear me out for the day.

I love, love, love this Home Depot Store. I have shopped at Lowes and other Home Depot Store locations, but nothing comes close to the customer serve I get when I go to the Antioch Home Depot store. This store has the best customer serve by far.
