When ever I need something the people who work at this Ashtabula store and great and friendly!! Plus they love my dog!!

It is easy to say I don't know or no we dont,last Sunday I was in a situation and needed some help and Ashtabula Home Depot team stepped up and went above and beyond by taking the time over the phone and having me text pictures to save me a trip and verifying the parts and pulled them, Michael Arnett & his team are top notch.

Could have been more pleased with the great service and very friendly staff.

I said a lot of good experiences there a lot of people are knowledgeable and if for some reason one wouldn't know the answer they'll find out somebody that does if somebody works in that department they'll find them

Bought carpeting from Home Depot last year & was very happy with it. So when we wanted carpeting in another we went back to Home Depot

Mark in HDW was knowledgeable and ready to help with my search. He listened to my request and helped me that saved me to look for the screws 10 min. Highly applicated his time and help.

I am consistently finding what I need for my projects at thus branch. The staff has strong technical knowledge and inventory awareness.

We lived in Kentucky and Erie, Pennsylvania and those other stores need to take a lesson from the Ashtabula store. The customer service is top notch. We are very pleased.

The quality of the lumber i got and other materials was noticably better. Also, the staff worked hard on loading a materials and where smiling.

Every time I visit this Home Depot, every single worker asks if I need anything. Sometimes can be annoying, but when you need the help, it’s a blessing.

Great service, good quality plywood, perfectly cut per request. No lines and wood was actually in stock. Price has come down from last summer too.

Personnel at the Ashtabula store very helpful, made sure I got what I wanted. Elaina in appliances is a great asset and she made sure other items I needed for my next trip were in stock. Who does that anymore? Home Depot does… kudos to the staff.

A recent shopping trip was made extra special thanks to two associates at the Ashtabula Home Depot. They went out of their way to “Thank” my husband for his service(veteran U S Army). They also helped us find what we were looking for and helped us sign up for the military discount. “Thank You Stephanie and Don”, for your help and making our shopping trip an enjoyable one.

Our new-to-us older travel trailer had a water leak in the fresh water holding tank. A normal repair would have required the removal of the tank which would involve a great deal of time & effort including cabinet removal. Water Weld to the rescue! It does make a mess of your hands or gloves while kneading the mix but the result made it worthwhile. Make sure you take the time to thoroughly knead the mix to ensure proper hardening or curing of the mix. Home Depot suggests Goo Gone as a hand cleaner.

I always find what I need and it's there in stock. Employees are helpful and very friendly.

I have always complained about how difficult it is to get help in a hardware store, but today was different, I was helped by a gentleman at the Ashtabula Home Depot, who made my shopping experience the best. He not only was helpful, he was friendly and a great sense of humor. He had his 2 hats on, his professional and his personal. He was a joy to speak with, and for sure he made a lifetime customer out of me and my husband.

While some of the employees walking the floor would help you. The employees at the checkouts are too busy chit chatting with other employees. And yes I did hear some of the conversation it was not work related. The said cashier that was standing there talking just watched us walk to a self checkout.

The store displays always look great, the store always appears neat and clean, and the employees, who make the store what it is, are all friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We enjoy shopping at the Ashtabula Home Depot store, as we know that someone is always there who can help us.
