I bought flowers for my garden, repair tar for my driveway, nails for some small projects around the house and all of the workers were helpful and pleasant.

Employees are great. Supervisors are very knowledgeble.

On my most recent trip to Home Depot, I was taken care of right away and the sales associate greeted me and assisted me with my purchase

I purchased a bedroom door and knob and some other items and at first I had to wait a little but once the worker came to assist me everything went very smoothly and the process of purchasing was with a very pleasant cashier who had a smile and knew exactly how to handle my purchase and both of them went above and beyond to close my transaction.

I entered the Aspen Hill Home Depot to return an item. There were 3 cashiers at the return line and about 4 people ahead of me waiting in line. The line was not moving and the wait time was reaching 3-5 min. Jonathan proactively opened up his register and began waiting on customer. I noticed that Jonathan was polite, engaging, but also quickly waiting on customers. When I reached Jonathan, I told him that he had already waited on 4 customers, outpacing his co-workers, who were still servicing the same customer when I initially stood in line. Jonathan is an excellent example of what customer service means, which I find lacking in most stores these days.

Every time a go to this home depot and go to the self check out this young lady Nafi is always so cheerful and bright. She helps us out and never seems as if she doesnt want to.I wish all the self check out workers were more like here

I had two employees come up to me at different times offering to help. In both instances, I appreciated their input. Also, I was asked if I needed help carrying some heavy boxes into my car, which was an enormous help.

This particular Home Depot is very large and very well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. I especially was very pleased with Vivi Yeoh of the Kitchen and Bath design department. She is so knowledgeable and friendly! She helped me so much to design my new kitchen renovation. I will definitely be shopping at this Home Depot in the future.

I had been looking for this specific jigsaw, as all my other power tools are Milwaukee FUEL. I did not need an M18 FUEL Jigsaw, as it was too large for the project I have on hand. All the stores in the area seemed to not have this product in stock. I went to my local Home Depot and the gentleman at the customer service counter helped me purchase this tool, as I was not able to make the purchase on my own online. The only thing I did not like was that the tool only came with the tool only. It is sad to see some tool manufactures doing this. I’m not sure why they don’t sell in kits anymore with a carrying case and 2+ batteries and a charger. Maybe it’s a profit thing. I personally think it is very helpful, so you don’t have to buy everything separate which drives up cost. Anyways, I’m glad I finally got this M12 FUEL Jigsaw to complete the project I have on hand.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The store was clean and orderly. My checkout experience was quick and easy and they had my product. I need it in stock.

They say this HD has the highest revenue of any Hd other than the store in HONOLULU. You can literally get any thing related to home or construction here if you just ask.

I enjoy gardening and so I went to my local Home Depot and I was greeted by the cashier named jaylen he also assisted me in helping me look for what I was looking for he gave me 100% amazing customer service and I will definitely be back.

Cashier Jenny at the self checkout was agressively rude because it was just a few minutes after 10pm and all she seemed to care about was to go home. Unacceptable behaviour towards a customer.

Thank you Emilio for being so helpful in the store. Emilio helped me buy 10 bags of mulch and black cow and large bag of peat moss. He then loaded it into my car. We were out of the store in less than 20 minutes.

I CHOSE CYPRUS TO INSTALL MY HVAC UNIT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I AM SO PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CYPRUS AIR, HEATING AND FIREPLACES TO EVERYONE.

The people at the return section are not helpful and if you buy wire they don’t want to return it, is no a sign where said that you can’t return wire when you buy it

I went to Home Depot last night, received terrible service and a replacement key made for me that DID NOT WORK when I got home. Then had to wait 15 minutes on hold today for a simple credit card refund because I was not willing to be further inconvenienced to have to go back to the store - when Home Depot's employee is the one who SCREWED UP. Just bad all the way around.

Am using this store to refinish my basement after deconstructing for a mold problem. Home Depot has everything I need to complete the project to my satisfaction.

Jerica, works in the paint department. She was outstanding in her overall approach to helping us select the right primer for our project. She clearly understood the subject. Gave us great information and even looked up something to assure we were getting what we needed. She listened very well. She was professional with a friendly spirit. She engendered confidence. I am so grateful to have been the beneficiary of her services. She makes Home Depot a welcoming place to get paint products.

I purchased a heavy new Kohler toilet and accessories I asked for help getting into my car. Was told to wait outside and someone would help. After 20 mins in the cold and beeping my horn and entering the store 2times asking where is the helper to lift this into my car. No way came. A stranger asked if he could help me at first I said no the Home Depot staff said they were coming. No one came. I told the strangers help. I could not wait any longer. Very disappointed!!!!!!!

I went to purchase tile. Michael in the tile section was very knowledgeable, kind professional, and helpful. He got the material restocked, helped put it in the cart and got me all the necessary material for my project. My experience from the shelf, to register to loading was excellent!

Attilio is the best manager ever at home depot! He knows where everything is, works hard to help you and is always pleasant.

Miguel helped us to identify what we really needed, not what we thought we needed, and showed us exactly where to find the item.

On this day, I was casually checking out and the cashier could not be bothered to exchange a welcome or any greeting. Not one word mumbled nor could she be bothered to touch items to find the barcode. Why work in the public if the very thought of customer interaction is the last thing on your mid? Absolutely horrible.
